How it Works

Step 01

Booking your session

Firstly, please check my newborn photography packages above and click on Book. Fill out the booking form, read and agree to the terms and conditions. There is a booking deposit of $200 AUD to secure your booking. This deposit is deducted from your total package price, not charged as an additional fee. Births are pretty unpredictable. Sometimes the baby is in a rush to see the world, and sometimes it takes it easy. That's why the date for a newborn photo shoot is flexible to allow you and the baby to get into a pleasant and relaxed mood. The best time for the photo shoot is usually when your baby is between five and ten days old because the baby sleeps most of the day, and it's therefore easier to position your baby in cute poses using extreme care and safe handling.

Step 02

Getting comfortable

Once your bundle of joy is born, you can contact me to confirm the date and time for your photo session. On the day, I will welcome you to my home studio and make sure that you and your little angel are feeling comfortable and relaxed. It might be a great idea to keep the baby awake before the session and wait to feed the baby until you arrive for your session. You can dress your little one in a loosely fitted nappy and an outfit that is easy to take off. Also, don't forget to bring extra clothes for yourselves. I will prepare some beautiful props and setups, and we can also discuss your preferences. Please ensure you allow yourself plenty of time as there might be bad traffic conditions. The session can be long or short, as it all depends on the baby's mood.

Step 03

Choosing your favourites

The remaining balance is due within 48 hours after your session. After the session is completed and the remaining payment processed, you can relax and enjoy beautiful days with your precious little baby. In the meantime, I will check every detail and start with the selection process to get the very best from the photo shoot.

Step 04

Creating memories to treasure

Delivery is 3–4 weeks after the full remaining balance is paid, not after the deposit alone. I will share a sneak peek a few days after your session and provide a password-protected online gallery. Mini and Bronze digital photographs are delivered by download. Silver and Gold include edited photographs and an unedited high-resolution JPEG set on USB, not every photograph captured. Digital files are JPEG only; RAW files are not supplied. Silver includes 20 distinct edited photographs in colour and matching black-and-white versions, plus 20 glossy 5 × 7 inch prints; Gold includes 30 and 30. You can choose your included prints and order additional products through the gallery. Physical items can be posted or collected from my home studio; postal transit time is additional.
