Step 01
Booking your session
Before booking your maternity photo session, it might be worth checking my Maternity & Newborn Combo Packages. I recommend booking your maternity photo shoot for between 28 and 35 weeks of pregnancy. Have you chosen your preferred photoshoot package? Great! Just fill out the booking form, read and agree to the terms and conditions, and pay a booking deposit of $200 AUD to secure your booking. This deposit is deducted from your total package price, not charged as an additional fee. Then I can confirm with you the date, time and photo shoot location. The photo session usually takes place at picturesque beaches, green parks or bushland. I recommend sunrise or sunset times for the best results, as the natural light conditions are just phenomenal.
Step 02
Getting comfortable
Now it's time to capture your beautiful self. I confirm the photoshoot the day before to ensure that everyone is ready. Maternity dress hire is optional with Bronze; dresses are included free with Silver and Gold. The dresses are stretchy and suit a range of body shapes. During the photo session, you can change your dresses, and I may suggest moving to another nearby location to change the landscape. I always make sure that my clients can relax and enjoy their unique life moments.
Step 03
Choosing the best shots
The remaining balance is due within 48 hours after your session. Travel within 20 km is included; additional travel beyond 20 km is AUD 3 per km. And what happens next? After the outstanding payment is sorted, you can relax and enjoy beautiful days, knowing that your images are being prepared for you. I will sort all images from your photo shoot and select the best ones for the editing and retouching process.
Step 04
Creating memories to treasure
Delivery is 3–4 weeks after the full remaining balance is paid, not after the deposit alone. I will share a sneak peek and provide a password-protected online gallery. Bronze photographs are delivered by download. Silver and Gold include edited photographs and an unedited high-resolution JPEG set on USB, not every photograph captured. Digital files are JPEG only; RAW files are not supplied. Silver includes 30 distinct edited photographs in colour and matching black-and-white versions, plus 30 glossy 5 × 7 inch prints; Gold includes 40 and 40. You can choose your included prints and order additional products through the gallery. Your USB and prints are packed in a keepsake box for posting or collection from my home studio; postal transit time is additional.
